Question about grooming

Due to an accident at a young age, a front tooth broke off. This was treated by her own dentist but the tooth has become progressively darker over the years.

Mrs. would like to have the original color of her front tooth back.

Treatments

Because the root canal treatment was not properly filled (see x-ray), this treatment had to be done first. The x-rays clearly show that the root canal did fill up completely after the treatment. As a result, there is less chance of discoloration of the tooth.

After the root canal treatment was completed, the tooth was bleached on the inside. After 1 or 2 weeks a beautiful result can be obtained and the tooth will have the same color as the other teeth.

After the bleaching treatment, the composite restorations were remade.
