Summit Research Foundation, having its registered office at Tormentillaan 2, 9413AW Beilen is registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 01160334.<\/span><\/p>\n

These Terms and Conditions apply to any online donation to Summit Research Foundation. The giving party, by donating online, agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Summit Research Foundation reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions in the interim.
Summit Research Foundation is hereinafter referred to as SSR.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

A donation form on the website https:\/\/summit-research.org provides the opportunity to make a donation online via electronic funds transfer to SSR.<\/p>\n

The giving party is the natural or legal person who makes a donation to SSR by means of an electronic transfer via SSR’s website.
The receiving party is SSR.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Online donations fully benefit SSR. SSR is completely free to allocate these online donations, provided they are in accordance with its statutory objectives.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

SSR undertakes to spend the amounts received in accordance with its statutory objectives.
Also, SSR takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure communications, personal data, electronic transmission of data and online donations and provides a secure web environment.<\/p>\n

All persons authorized on behalf of SSR to have access to the personal data are bound to secrecy.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Complaint or dispute<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For questions or complaints about SSR’s privacy policy or questions concerning access and changes or deletion of personal data, the giving party can contact SSR via e-mail address: info@summit-research.org. Should the parties be unable to resolve a complaint together, then the assigning party has the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)<\/a>in accordance with the privacy legislation.<\/p>\n

The parties declare that Dutch law is applicable. If, in the event of a dispute, the parties are unable to reach mutual agreement, they hereby declare that they will notify the court of the dispute.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
